We call it “The Mandate.” For years now, we have self-funded this work ministering to our village’s obvious needs and other villages in the area. We found great need such as clean drinking water, education for children, severe malnutrition among widows, and children. We found ourselves in a Muslim rural village in Uganda, near the Kenyan border.
