This console is a great value even without the DMX control, so it's basically an extra added bonus for those that can put it to use.This console has a great iPad app for the engineer as well as a separate app specifically for musicians onstage. I used it on a couple of gigs and it was super handy to have a basic lighting controller built right into the audio console. The included multi digital card provides an easy, low latency interface to your computer for easy integration with Waves MultiRack, the DAW of your choice, virtual sound checks, etc.One surprising and unusual feature this console offers is integrated DMX lighting control.
I used it extensively with WAVES MultiRack (not included) and both performed well together to give even greater power and flexibility to the system. The 2 card slots and wide range of available cards make it a very flexible tool for mid to large sized live music, theatre, and corporate events.
It can handle a very high channel count in comparison to any other console in the sub $10,000 price range. Both are clean, smoke-free environments and the console has been treated with the care and respect it deserves.I chose this console in large part due to its power and flexibility.
It is in like-new condition and has been used primarily in my home studio and at my "day job" which is at the historic Egyptian Theatre in Park City, Utah.
